rate acute oral, LD50414mg/kg. 0.3% DBDCB
is not irritating to rabbit skin and mucosa. DBDCB
is not teratogenic, mutagenic and carcinogenic in
normal dose. |

(25°C). Soluble in acetone, benzene, chloroform,
ethanol; sparingly soluble in water (0.212g/100ml
20°C). |
| Use |
Broad-spectrum microbicide
against fungi, bacteria and algae. Suitable for
fruits, vegetables, cotton, melons and horticultural
plants. Applied by foliage spray, seed treatment
and bottom application.
Also used as long-term preservative in aqueous
paints, latex emulsions, joint cements, adhesives,
dispersed pigments, metalworking fluids, waxes,
polishes, inks and consumer products. |
